If payment does not clear within this specific timeframe, the pending reservation automatically expires, and the slot becomes available to other public users. Burnelviax reserves the right to refuse scheduling requests at its discretion without expanding on operational reasons.

Pricing and Promotional Campaigns

All listed amounts appear in Hong Kong Dollars unless specified otherwise. Burnelviax maintains the authority to modify rates for weight loss, body firming, body toning, or body composition analysis options at any period without prior announcements. All sessions with completed payments will not experience price adjustments. Promotional campaigns, discounts, or specific event rates operate under unique guidelines published alongside the campaign. Multiple promotional offers cannot combine during a single transaction unless explicitly stated in the campaign description.

Payments and Office Transaction Security

Customers must visit our registered office address within 48 hours of booking a consultation session through our digital platform. The payment must be completed in full at our physical location to book and receive the sessions at the designated date. At our office counter, we accept all standard forms of payment, including physical cash, major credit cards, local debit cards, and mobile digital wallets. Burnelviax implements internal electronic protection measures to safeguard transaction workflows. However, digital transmissions carry inherent vulnerabilities, and Burnelviax does not assume liability for external network interruptions or data leaks originating from third-party gateway providers.

Identification Requirements

All individuals must present a valid government-issued photo identification document prior to their initial session or whenever requested by the staff. Arrival Policies, Cancellations, and No-Shows

To cancel or modify a session without penalty, individuals must submit a formal notification at least twenty-four hours before the scheduled time. Failing to attend an assured session without providing the required twenty-four-hour notification results in the forfeiture of the entire session fee. No credits or alternative slots apply to no-show events.

Refund Procedures

Refund approvals remain under the sole discretion of the management team. When a refund request gets granted, Burnelviax will request the original transaction details or direct bank account numbers to complete the transfer. Granted returns initiate within 1 business day from the approval date. The exact timeline for funds appearing in the user account depends on the specific banking institution or external payment processors, which can take up to 7 business days before appearing in records.

User Responsibilities and Guidelines

Individuals must accurately disclose all relevant physical conditions or lifestyle details that could influence the provision of weight loss, body firming, or body toning programs. Users must strictly follow all pre-session and post-session guidelines provided by the staff. These guidelines support the overall utility of the programs. Burnelviax does not assume responsibility for unfavorable outcomes, complications, or unexpected physical responses resulting from a user’s failure to observe these instructions.

Acceptable Website Conduct
